We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter/Drywall Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a skilled tradesperson, providing expert drywall and carpentry services to support our operations.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust, active listening, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among team members.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients and project managers.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Significant training and/or experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Ongoing leadership development program and industry events.
