At Paul Davis, we're seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Carpenter/Drywall Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in serving our customers during their time of need.



Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong foundation in carpentry and drywall construction. You'll work closely with our project managers to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a critical component of our operations team, delivering exceptional results in carpentry and drywall construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers to scope and execute projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on trust, active listening, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership development programs and industry events to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Contribute to a fun and dynamic team culture that values continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.


Requirements


  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong carpentry and drywall construction skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
