Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs: Design and develop scalable back-end services using NestJS, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
  • Design and maintain MySQL databases: Collaborate with the team to ensure high-performance databases that meet business needs.
  • Develop and manage containerized applications: Use Docker to create efficient and secure application environments.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers: Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability: Continuously improve application performance and scalability to meet growing demands.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring: Contribute to the growth and development of junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests: Ensure software quality using Jest, identifying and fixing issues early on.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications: Proactively resolve performance and issue-related challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to architecture and design: Collaborate with the team to shape new feature and service designs, aligning with business objectives.
  • Work in an Agile environment: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Developer/Full Stack Developer: Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving technical innovations.
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS: In-depth understanding of building scalable back-end services.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases: Expertise in MySQL and database design principles.
  • Experience with containerization: Familiarity with Docker and its role in application deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude: Ability to tackle complex problems and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Effective collaboration and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
