Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient kitchen operations to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Manage inventory and estimate ingredient and supply needs.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of food and service.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
