About the Role

Gestion Stealth inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails (note: this is not a customer-facing role).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, urban area.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
