Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical customs clearance requests for the United States, ensuring the security and compliance of our shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process export documentation to meet various customs clearance regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including domestic and international packages
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting minimum requirements of 7000 characters per hour
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues

Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Bilingualism
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous customer service experience
