About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Quality Foods Chinese Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for our customers.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils.
    • Assist in the maintenance of our kitchen facilities, including the cleaning and organization of storage areas.
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Ensure that all supplies are properly labeled and stored.
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all waste is disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • General Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our dining services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
