About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Structures Martel. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Framing Houses and Building Roofs
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in the execution of construction plans
  • Utilize hand and power tools to perform various tasks
  • Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment
  • Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Operate reciprocating saws, circular saws, and forklifts
  • Utilize hand tools, including steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and a safety vest
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks
  • Perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality work
