About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Nova Bath Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Train and supervise a team of 1-2 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Offer mentoring and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- 30-35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
