As a valued member of the WSAudiology team, we are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client care and standardized hearing evaluations to support the hearing healthcare needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to ensure seamless support for both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide post-care solutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Registrant of CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) or AHIP (Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario) in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members.
