At Starlink Aviation, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers while ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircraft. Your primary goal will be to provide seamless communication and coordination between customers and line service agents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, adhering to our company's philosophy and values.
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of fueling, catering, hangar space, hotel, and transportation arrangements for our valued customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the service delivery process.
Requirements:

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
