Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Beauty Advisor Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers by providing expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will also be responsible for building relationships, recommending additional and complimentary products, and maintaining a professional store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails to customers
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers
- Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
