At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Labourer to join our team in Guelph, ON. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting a production lead in the fabrication and assembly of wastewater treatment filters (Biofilters).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow production documentation and drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate common hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, and chop saws.
  • Build full production models (Biofilters) on a weekly schedule, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Produce small PVC plumbing assemblies and water level indicating equipment.
  • Pick and pack small parts and assemblies with precision and care.
  • Assist production leads or the production manager on custom manufacturing projects as needed.
