About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Culinary Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Senior Float Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals that cater to their diverse needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and serving of meals to residents
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory management
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Certified ServSafe certificate or willingness to obtain it
  • 1 year of experience in food preparation and therapeutic diets
  • A culinary apprenticeship or training is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED accepted
