Purplefarm Genetics is a leading craft cannabis producer in Canada, operating two facilities with a total area of 102,000 sq ft.

This position will support the Operations Manager, Cultivation Director, and senior management to ensure the smooth operation of the cultivation facility, focusing on maintaining optimal inventory levels and plant health.

  • Inventory Management: Create new production batches, remove existing plant inventory, assist with monthly reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Operational Support: Assist in tasks like irrigation, cloning, transplanting, topping, defoliation, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to Health Canada regulations, Good Production Practices (GPP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support onsite maintenance, troubleshoot critical systems, and respond to emergency requests.
  • Safety & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve safety standards and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of inventory management systems and plant cultivation processes, ability to troubleshoot equipment, familiarity with regulatory compliance, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
