Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and resolving concerns
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets
  • Perform various tasks to maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
