Mechanic - School Bus Repair

As a Licensed Mechanic with First Student Shared Services, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing school buses to ensure vehicle readiness and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual MTO maintenance inspections.
- Diagnosing and performing all phases of vehicle and equipment repair, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.
- Ensuring work orders are completed accurately.
- Assisting with mobile emergency services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license.
- An S and/or T license.
- A mechanic's tool set.
- Willingness to participate in the ASE certification program, with training, testing, and bonuses provided.
