Construction Supervisor

At Ultra painting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our team of painters and decorators. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role- This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- You will be working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of workers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, including safety protocols, materials, and equipment. You should also have experience with estimating costs, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
