At Quill Lake Pizza Incorporated, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and provide training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
