Assistant Store Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and managing benefits.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
