Job Description:
This is a full-time position that requires leadership skills, experience in child welfare protection services, and the ability to work flexible hours. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Child Welfare services, providing direction and supervision to staff while ensuring consistency with our Agency's Mikinaak Service Model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Child Welfare services, including managing staff and resources
- Ensure consistency of standards within the Agency's Mikinaak Service Model
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team to implement integrated service delivery from initial contact to discharge

Requirements:
- A minimum three-year BSW or other three-year Social Services Degree is required, with a four-year HBSW preferred
- Three years or more managerial experience in Child Welfare Protection Services
- Direct service experience with Indigenous children, youth, families, and communities
