As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Driver Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team has the right people in place to achieve our goals. You will collaborate with various departments within the company to develop programs that attract and train qualified drivers. Your focus will be on retention initiatives and programs that promote employee satisfaction and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment of Drivers
  • Collaborating with Recruitment Marketing on employer brand management and out-of-the-box ideas that reflect the authenticity and culture of Canada Cartage
  • Working with other teams to develop programs to attract and train qualified drivers
  • A strong focus on retention initiatives and programs
  • Accountable for measuring results and meeting objectives including: time-to-fill, quality candidates (road test success rate, quality of hire metric, turnover metrics)
