Job Description

Guild Electric Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator - Electrical Sector to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the financial management of our electrical contracting business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process transactions, prepare financial statements, and perform account reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement financial procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, forecast expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the electrical contracting industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
