Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Buddha. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food orders, customer complaints, and other relevant information.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Fluent in English.
