Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and support.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Team Development: Support the development of store staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the store is operating within budget and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience is required
