Store Manager

Community Liquor Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Evaluate store performance on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and organize store layouts, visual merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implementing pricing and credit policies to drive sales and profitability.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer service and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Willingness to relocate and relocate costs covered by employer.
Work Environment:
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
