Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Prepac Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Examine accounting records
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
