Medical Oncologist Opportunity at BC Cancer

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer - Victoria. As a locum, you will be part of a collaborative care team committed to excellence, participating in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical oncology services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field of medical oncology.
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
Requirements:
  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
  • Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
  • Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer and Royal Jubilee Hospital.
  • Eligibility for appointment to the University of British Columbia.
