Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Project Director to oversee our expanding Hotel, Restaurant and Resorts brands in Mississauga.

Responsibilities
  • Create, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a cohesive self-performing team.
  • Maintain the change management process relevant to the projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks and proper documentation maintenance.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate meetings as needed and distribute meeting minutes to project team members.
  • Establish a project management calendar to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate schedules to relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with renovations for hotel and restaurant projects.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of building systems, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction management systems, file management, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment with multiple priorities.
