Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at IBD Constructions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and oversee the day-to-day activities of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including production and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including the setup of equipment and machinery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements
