Flight Attendant

As a Flight Attendant with Porter Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Manager, In-Flight Services, you will be responsible for adhering to Transport Canada and Porter policies, while consistently delivering our brand promise of Flying Refined.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to maintain passenger comfort
- Adhere to trained Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage unforeseen operational and passenger situations
- Monitor the general condition of the aircraft cabin and adjust accordingly
- Concern for Safety: Identify hazardous situations and take appropriate action
- Teamwork: Collaborate with others to achieve organizational goals
- Passenger/Customer Service: Provide service excellence to internal and/or external customers
- Initiative: Deal with situations proactively and persistently
- Results Focus: Focus efforts on achieving high quality results
- Fostering Communication: Listen and communicate openly with different audiences
- Minimum of 19 years of age at time of employment
- Completion of secondary school
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working with the public in a customer service role
- Current, valid Canadian Passport or International Passport with current US Crewmember Visa
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card and successfully complete company screening process
- Ability to meet required medical standards
