We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Dufferin Construction Company. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our project managers and ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cost accounting and invoicing.
  • Coordinate and process all administrative tasks, including paperwork, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, including financial analysis and variance reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our project managers and clients.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve price discrepancies and adjust invoices as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
