About the Opportunity

WSP Canada is seeking a highly experienced BIM Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital delivery management team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of BIM processes, procedures, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM best practices, software tools, and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain discipline-specific templates, component catalogs, and families aligned to program BIM processes and requirements.
  • Lead the development of integrated corridor modeling and provide expertise on BIM processes, procedures, and requirements to project team members.
  • Collaborate with BIM Discipline Champions to develop efficient and scalable BIM/CAD design processes, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and coordinate support as needed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in BIM and digital delivery management.
  • Good knowledge or accreditation of ISO 19650.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, including Autocad, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC, and Navisworks.
  • Proficiency in Bentley OpenX products, including OpenRail, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, OpenTunnels, ProjectWise, and iTwin.
  • Good command of Whole-Life-Cycle Digital Twins, 4D, 5D, and 6D (Carbon tracking).
