Executive Assistant Opportunity at JRoss Retail Recruiters

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and liaising with internal departments and external partners.

About the Role
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
  • Organize and maintain records, documents, and files in a streamlined and efficient manner.
  • Support internal communications and announcements on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a luxury retail or corporate setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
