Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at Ramen Arashi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality cuisine for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our culinary standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in Japanese cuisine, with a focus on stocks, soups, and sauces, as well as meat, poultry, and game, fish, and seafood.
Experience and EducationWe require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. If you have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
