Ethnic Food Specialist

At Ramen Arashi, we are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Japanese cuisine and a passion for stocks, soups, and sauces, meat, poultry, and game, and fish and seafood.
ExperienceWe are looking for candidates with 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.
