Role Overview

We are looking for a Hearing Care Professional who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a network of clinics across Canada, providing personalized care to those in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to determine suitable hearing aid solutions">
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their needs and lifestyle">
  • Build relationships with clients through empathetic and personalized service, ensuring continuous support and care">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide ongoing hearing health education">
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and partnerships">
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and supervise or mentor students and new staff members as needed">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program">
  • Registration and good standing with applicable regulatory colleges or provincial governing bodies">
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment">
