We are seeking a skilled Disaster Mitigation Services Team Lead to join our team at Paul Davis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the teams performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mould remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications.

You will focus and dedicate yourself to providing excellent customer service, assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments. You will also be a great representative of our brand, ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.

As a key member of our team, you will meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion. You will re-inspect job sites for quality control, issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.

Maintaining inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment is also an essential part of this role. Being accessible by phone and participating in the on-call schedule as necessary is also required.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $28.50 to $38.25/hour based on experience and certifications, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
