Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale delivery projects on client engagements across various industries and verticals.
- Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, backlog refinement, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Lead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision and create a plan to achieve their goals.
- Be an advocate for change and leverage empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments.
- Serve as the pivot between business and technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes.
- Be a generalist with a consulting mindset, a humble curiosity, and a servant-leader approach to the team and clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, including discovery readouts, delivery plans, prototypes, and after-action reports.
- 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, agile project delivery, or consulting.
- A deep understanding of and hands-on experience with multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent listening skills, executive presence, and an ability to lead with empathy.
- Solid understanding of budget and contract management, including burn rates, forecasts, and contractual engagement models.
- Technical understanding, with a solid track record supporting customer data and analytics, cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) strongly preferred.
