Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tilray Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing and delivery process for goods and services based on company demands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the ordering process for GMP materials, components, consumables, laboratory supplies, reagents, and standards.
* Prepare purchase orders, monitor and expedite orders, and obtain purchased items.
* Collaborate with Finance to schedule payments and maintain accurate records.
* Negotiate quotes, terms, and conditions with vendors regarding freight, supplies, and services.
* Participate in the vendor/supplier qualification process and ensure items ordered are from approved suppliers/vendors.
* Plan delivery schedules, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain all vendor contract agreements.
* Analyze and manage warehouse inventory and demand trends, making recommendations for delivery schedules.
* Compile, analyze, and use data to maximize efficiency, process, and space requirements.
* Complete reporting and cycle counts as necessary.

Requirements:

* Minimum high school diploma and/or college with a focus on communication/business/computer curriculum. University degree is an asset.
* Proficient in the use of computers, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using an ERP system is an asset.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of inventory and purchasing experience.
* Strong data entry skills and accuracy, strict attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of GMP.
* Organized with the ability to handle projects with multiple deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
