Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of our security services.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all security equipment and machinery are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity in our security operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and other relevant matters.
- Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to security team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
