Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Shell Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning counters, and ensuring all products are properly displayed.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by suggesting products to customers, promoting special offers, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
