Job Summary

We are seeking a Hairdressing salon supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our salon.

ResponsibilitiesKey Duties
  • Schedule work efficiently to maintain high productivity levels.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the salon remains in good condition.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs with care and professionalism.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items with attention to detail.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality to drive business growth.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to maintain a positive work environment.
