Structural Carpenter Team Lead

As a Structural Carpenter Team Lead at PR General Contractors Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in metal framing.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine precise work requirements, accurately translating technical specifications into actionable tasks for your team.
- Spearhead the preparation of layouts, meticulously ensuring conformance to established building codes using precision measuring tools.
- Evaluate and optimize workflow, streamlining processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Supervise and mentor junior carpenters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Liaise closely with project managers and foremen to ensure seamless integration with overall construction goals.
- Maintain thorough records of daily activities, providing detailed documentation for quality control and assurance purposes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in metal framing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles, demonstrating adaptability, creativity, and analytical thinking.
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This total remuneration also encompasses additional benefits such as bonuses, paid time off, and access to professional development opportunities.
