Partner - Medical Recruiter

GeoVerra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing and Recruitment Expert to join our corporate team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage and provide training on our internal Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR).
- Work with the HR Manager to prepare and report HR metrics and statistics monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to foster the professional growth and development of team members.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Commerce, Business/Administration with specialization in Human Resources as an asset.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resource Administrative or Recruitment role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in the land surveying industry, is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in headhunting, talent acquisition, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
- Strong aptitude for various applications and software, including Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and database management (HRIS).
