Your Opportunity

Our Thunder Bay office is seeking a Co-op or Intern Student to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team for a dynamic and challenging role. This position will provide hands-on experience with reviews, compilations, and corporate tax, as well as opportunities to build positive working relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements for Notice to Reader and Review engagement with efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare working files for income tax and information returns for a variety of client sizes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  • Complete ongoing accounting analysis and assignments following established procedures
  • Communicate progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis

Your Qualifications

  • Currently working towards a degree or diploma in accounting
  • Interested in long-term growth within the Financial Reporting & Insights team
  • May have experience or certifications with Quickbooks, Xero, and/or Sage
  • Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • Display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
