About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mainroad Alberta Contracting LP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with ISO and contract standards.
  • Conduct regular field audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality management plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management procedures.
  • Ensure all departments have the necessary tools and training to comply with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement a system to identify and respond to non-conforming products or services.
Requirements
  • Completion of a degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 training and certification.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
