Role and Responsibilities

CAE, the global leader in aviation training, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Training Instructor to join our team.

This position requires global travel and involves working with a variety of aircraft systems, including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Citation, and H helicopters.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on commercial or business aircraft and will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers at various locations
  • Manage and resolve customer instructional issues autonomously
  • Work with a variety of instructional training aids, including multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and simulators
  • Provide training on aircraft systems related to area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on commercial or business aircraft
  • Working knowledge of mechanical or avionics aircraft systems
  • Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously
  • Working knowledge of basic computer software programs, including Windows Suite, PowerPoint, and MS Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A current aviation authority industry license (TC, EASA, A&P, etc.)
  • Prior instructional experience
