About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Gogreen Transport Ltd. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management and staff, including correspondence, email management, and data entry.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and human resources tasks.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve administrative issues, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Supervise and train junior administrative staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with experience using electronic mail software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
  • Work language is English.
  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and pressure.
