Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial and Communications Executive to join our team at Numetrica City Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • 11-15 people supervision
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Criminal record check
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload
  • Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement, organized
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
